This schedule is tentative and subject to change. Dancers should be prepared to dance at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time. Dancers should check and verify their entries for the competition here:

Competitor heat lists are now available for the Provo High School DanceSport Festival on January 24 & 25, 2020. You can access the heatlists on the event website here:
Heat lists are current for entries received and paid for, through 8:00 pm on 1/11/20.
Competitors should check their name to confirm the correct events. Any errors or corrections should be emailed to phsballroom@gmail.com by Wednesday (January 15, 2020).

Registration for the 2020 UBEA State Title Match, on February 29, 2020 at Westlake High School, is now available. Registration is open to all couples and teams who are actively participating in a school Ballroom program. Couples and teams who would like to register should contact their school Ballroom director. Directors can contact Jeff Sosa at jsosa@alpinedistrict.org to register or receive information for events. Entries are due by February 15, 2020.
Only directors can register students and teams for the competition. Both students in a couple and all students on a team must be participating in their school’s Ballroom program in order to compete at the UBEA State Title Match.
Please note the following message from the organizers of the Provo High DanceSport Festival confirming ladies syllabus costume rules:
Changes to syllabus attire:
The syllabus color for girls at BYU has changed to “a black topâ€! As this is such short notice, Provo High will allow either white or black tops for girls syllabus attire this year.
Also, the tentative schedule for the Provo competition will be available by next Wednesday (1/15/20)
As a reminder, the entries for the Provo High School DanceSport Festival are due this Friday! (January 10, 2020) After Friday, a $10 late fee will be assessed to each entry.
The Festival is on January 24 & 25, 2020 at Provo High School.

After January 10, 2020Â at 11:59 pm – each entry form will have a $10 late fee.
After January 15, 2020Â all late registration will be done at the competition and will have a $20 late fee.
