Please see the message below from UVU regarding registration for the upcoming 2022 UVU Winter Dancesport Festival this Saturday (February 12, 2022):

Thanks so much for your patience with our new registration system. We apologize for some of the struggles that you might be having. If for some reason you’ve been unable to register for your events, please send an email to our registrar at ToddW@uvu.edu with the following information. We can collect any unpaid registration fees at the door on Saturday.

The competition schedule for Saturday has been updated again as of 1/24/22. The changes primarily involve Junior Ballroom and Junior High Syllabus Latin. The updated schedules are available here:

The competition schedule has been updated. The main changes on Friday were in the last two sessions. On Saturday, some team events moved to the morning and other event times changed slightly as a result. The updated schedules are available here:

Heat Lists and Changes

Heat Lists are now available for the 2022 Provo High Dancesport Festival, held at Provo High School on January 28 and 29, 2022! Couples are listed under the name of the Leader here:

*IMPORTANT* If you find an error or need to make a change: Please email Christine, the registrar, at phsballroom@gmail.com immediately so they can fix your registration. No changes can be made to registrations after Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

Payments

If you have registered but not yet paid, you will not find your name on the heat list.

Team Registration payments can still be made on online for coaches still need to work out payment.  If coaches need to pay with a check or if you need assistance or need to make other arrangements for payments, please contact Angela Williams (angelaw@provo.edu).  If you are paying for the general admission for your team members, please send a team list to Angela Williams ASAP.

Individual Registration payments now have a late fee included.  If you have had any problems with your individual payments going through, please contact Anna Glenn at 801-373-6550 or email annag@provo.edu.
