The 2011 UVU Winter Dancesport Festival will be held Friday, Feb. 18th beginning at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 19th beginning at 8:00 a.m.  This year will be back in the Student Center Ballroom, so the dance floor will be bigger than it was last semester, however seating will be more limited for ideal viewing.  Admission to the event and any competitor fees can be paid at the door. Once these numbers have been met, the events will be closed.  Openings will be filled on a “first come, first served” basis.  Late registration will be open during Friday evening’s session.

Center Stage has provided the following information about the Utah Dancesport Championships on FEb 12, 2011 at Thanksgiving Point.

Dancers and Dance enthusiasts!

We are excited to announce the 15th Annual Utah Dancesport Championships!  The UDC will be held on Feb 12, 2011 at the Barn at Thanksgiving Point.  It promises to be an exciting event!  Mark your calendars and get ready for a great day of competition.  We understand that the UDC falls on a ACT exam date.  We will make arrangements in our schedule for those Youth events.  Entry forms are due Feb 2, 2011.  After that date, there will be a late fee.
