The 8th annual Choreographer and Coach’s Camp will be July 11, 2015 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm at the
Aspire Dance Academy in Lindon. 6 different instructors will provide 7 hours of instruction for teachers. This year there will be classes specifically for youth, teaching them how to choreograph. Teacher registration is $130 and Student is $65.

The UVU Ballroom Dance Tour Team Auditions are tomorrow, Friday May 1, 2015,  at 3:30 pm in PE 154. Dancers should come prepared to dance waltz and cha.

The UVU Ballroom Team will present their 2015 spring concert “The Story” on April 23, 24, and 25, 2015 in the Ragan Theater on UVU campus in the Sorenson Student Center.
Shows will be at 7:30 pm with a Saturday matinee at 2:00 pm.

Fundamentals of international Ballroom Workshop by Blackpool Rising Stars Amateur Champions Oskar Wojciechowski & Karolina Holody at DF Dance Studio. Saturday April 25th, 10:00 AM- Noon
We are pleased to announce Oskar and Karolina for a 2 hour workshop. Oskar and Karolina are Blackpool Under 21 Champions, Blackpool Rising Star Amateur Champions and Current US National Vice Champions.
10am: Hour 1 of the workshop will focus on the fundamentals of the ballroom frame, connection, partnering, and movement. – * EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND THIS HOUR
11am: Hour 2 of the workshop will be centered specifically on international waltz technique. Oskar and Karolina will be relocating to Utah and are soon to be Utah’s best International Ballroom coaches. Don’t miss out!
* Basic waltz knowledge is required to attend the 2nd hour.

Dancers will learn a short cha cha and waltz routine and then will dance with a partner in small groups. Ballroom dancers do not need to bring a partner.
